Situated 18 floors up at the top of The Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica, Table 30 at The Penthouse Restaurant is spectacular. Located in a quiet corner of the elegantly designed restaurant, the views from the table are sure to impress. To the West, you’ll see the vast Pacific Ocean stretching out to the horizon; sunsets at Table 30 are memorable. To the South and East, you’ll have one of the most sweeping views of the City of Los Angeles. The fare at The Penthouse is a creative take on American cuisine, and, unlike many restaurants with Most Romantic Tables, you can visit Table 30 for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. A unique dinner option is the Black Tea Smoked Duck Breast with savoy cabbage, “Forbidden Black Rice,” and raisin mostarda. Keep this in mind if you’re trying to get Table 30: the staff says “officially” that the table can’t be reserved. However, if you let the reservationist know that you’re having a special occasion, or speak to a manager, they may be able to accommodate you.
