Table 102
Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant

Table 102 at the Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant in St. Helena offers one of the Wine Country’s most enchanting dining experiences. Set on a spacious patio, the table faces East, overlooking the Charles Krug Winery vineyards. Built in 1889, the Greystone building was home to the Christian Brothers winery for 100 years. The restaurant is now owned and managed by the CIA Restaurant Group, and serves as a training academy for the Culinary Institute of America. Food and service is consistently strong, but it’s the passion of the students and their instructors that shines through at every opportunity. The Greystone menu changes weekly, but you may be treated to Farm Vegetable Soup with chervil cream, raw and roasted vegetables; Pork Belly and Clams with buckwheat noodles, pork broth, enoki mushrooms, charred scallions and chiles; or Seared Arctic Char with cranberry beans, fennel purée, and a lemon emulsion.
